Jeff Cruz is an awesome sales person. He did whatever he could to get me a good deal on a very nice Mustang Mach-E. I told him what I wanted and could afford and he worked his magic. I told myself whenever my previous car dies that I will finally get my dream vehicle which is a Black F-150. Buying a new vehicle can be a pain and very time consuming but for me I had a BLAST!!!. My overwhelmingly positive experience with this dealership started immediately when I was connected to Jeff Cruz in new vehicle sales as I was shopping for a new F-150. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he provided me options that matched my needs exactly. Never once was there an attempt to upsell to the next trim level or try to convince me to explore vehicle options that did not fit my parameters for what I was searching for. Once we decided on a potential truck over the phone, he made sure it was held and ready for me to test drive the following morning. We had a very thorough test drive that allowed me to put the truck through its paces that helped exhibit its handing, braking, and acceleration. Im happy they even entertained giving me an offer for it. After the deal was locked in, Jeff, knowing I was tight on time, expedited getting the truck into prep and had it ready before I was even finished signing the paperwork. He even helped me transfer my belongings from my old truck into this one. Thats more than just trying to get the deal done. Thats just being an overall good person. Shopping there? Ask for him.
